A different morning workshop every week — Blank Canvas, YBYG Beats, Hip Hop, Offline — plus daily Martial Arts Foundations. Ages 11–17, unless noted. All workshops by registration — no drop-ins. Register for each one you'd like to join.

Real Games. Real Connection. — Unplug and connect through group games, team challenges, and creative activities designed to spark genuine face-to-face connection. Wear clothes you can move in. No session Mon Aug 3 (BC Day).
Find Your Rhythm. Turn Up Your Voice. — Explore beat-making, lyric writing, and sound through hands-on music activities that give your creativity and voice a platform. No experience, no equipment needed.
Step Into Your Rhythm. Own the Floor. — Learn choreography, explore freestyle movement, and express yourself through music in an energetic space built for movement and growth. Wear clothes you can move in.
Build Strength. Move with Purpose. — Develop real skills, coordination, self-control, and discipline through martial arts training, challenging both your body and your mind. No experience needed. Register for each session.
